If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from the Il Bello Italian Favors website, you can exchange the merchandise in its original packaging and condition. Replacement merchandise will be shipped via USPS so please allow time for its arrival.
Of course, we also accept returns. Simply email us at info@ilbelloitalianfavors or call us toll free (877) 452-3552 within five days of receiving your order for an "Return Authorization". All authorized returns will be accepted as long as the merchandise in its original packaging and condition. No returns will be accepted without a "Return Authorization". We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Sample orders and partial returns will not be accepted (no exceptions). Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Only product cost will be refunded, any shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the customer.
Understandably, personalized or custom made items can not be exchanged or refunded.
